HUMAN HOURS collects concept-test sign-ups through Shopify. This notice describes that limited service. ESC/01 is not yet for sale.
WHAT WE COLLECT AND WHY
The form asks for your email, an optional first name, and your permission to receive occasional ESC/01 concept-test updates. Shopify stores the submitted details and email-marketing preference. The form also includes the page source and consent-copy version.
Shopify provides the website and signup infrastructure and processes technical information needed to operate and protect it. Website measurement and cookies can also depend on Shopify settings and your privacy choices; this notice does not mean the site processes no technical data.
CONFIRMATION AND YOUR CHOICE
Submitting is a request, not proof of an active subscription. If you receive a confirmation email, follow its link to complete the signup. You can withdraw marketing consent using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact us for help.
A signal is not an order, reservation, preorder, sample guarantee, discount, or launch promise. Unsubscribing stops marketing consent; it does not itself delete the customer record or stop essential service messages.
STORAGE AND REQUESTS
Signup and consent records are held in Shopify to manage the concept test and your email preferences. A fixed retention period has not yet been set. A limited suppression record may be needed to respect an unsubscribe request.
Contact HUMAN HOURS to request access, correction, deletion, or help withdrawing consent. We may need to verify that the request concerns your email. This notice covers concept signup; any future sales or product testing will have separate information.
